All the drawings are proof-checked by our in-house experts who typically are having experience of more than 12 years.

Generally, we communicate via e-mails. The emails from the clients are answered either instantaneously or within one business day. Also, we can communicate via telephone/fax or skype or similar messengers.

Work is initiated after receiving the project brief, input data, confirmed scope, timeline, and client approval. Once these are in place, our team begins drafting and coordination immediately.

A 50% payment is required to schedule the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. The project is delivered only after full payment is received.

The initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it covers scheduling and work commenced. No refunds are issued once the project has started or after completion.
